Unlike a free trial, a Lunatix Online FREE account doesn't expire.* Five free hours to start means you can try the game while deciding which tier is right for you. Get five minutes each day (cumulative up to one hour) once your free time drops below one hour. Pay nothing, and play Lunatix Online as a casual gamer. This tier is perfect for beginners, and for anyone wanting to keep a patient for occasional play or for quick daily play.

SUBSCRIPTION: Purchase a Monthly Subscription
With the end of the hourly payment tier, a subscription is needed to take full advantage of the membership benefits in Lunatix Online -- more turns and unlimited daily in-game time.

What are the advantages to paying?

Paying players get 20 elevator trips, 30 closet fights, and 3 random rants each day (free players get 4, 15, and 1, respectively). Paying players can save their custom actions (emotes). Other bonuses for paying members may include special features in the IGMs (elevator mini-games), added game site voting bonuses (sometimes), etc. Paying members can share computers (but when free, only one member per household is allowed by necessity, to help prevent multi-account cheating).

Note: When buying a subscription, some of these extras may take effect at midnight (during maintenance), after the time is posted to your patient. Also note that a usage statistic and recent usage log appear in your “account information” inside the game, so it's easy to keep tabs on your own play habits and time usage, no matter what tier you choose.

Use the ORDER FORM (print it out or write down the necessary information) and mail it along with a check or money order payable to Prowler Productions to the address given. Keep in mind that the US Postal service is often slow and always unpredictable. Although it's rare that payments are lost in the mail, it can happen, and it usually takes several days for a payment to arrive. Keep this in mind if you plan to pay by check or money order, and allow at least two weeks for your payment to post. We often receive email asking why a payment mailed two or three days earlier has not been credited. We have no control over the speed of the postal service (sorry), and payments received by mail are generally posted within three days after arrival (the same with PayPal payments). All subscription-related questions should be directed to sales@prowler-pro.com, and should include all necessary info to assist you -- your patient name, real name, email address (especially if it differs in the game), and a detailed message explaining your question. Emailing anyone else regarding your payment, or failing to include this information may delay the response time.

NOTE: You can subscribe by mail even if you're outside the USA -- just make sure you have included a check or money order payable in US Dollars only (no foreign currency or banks).

It's simple. Use PayPal.Com to transfer the appropriate amount to sales@prowler-pro.com (use the buttons below to get started easier). In the comment/note area when making the payment, you MUST include the patient name for which the payment is intended (and any other special notes regarding it, such as a gift payment for another player). A follow-up email is no longer required. If you do have a need to inquire about your payment, all correspondence should be directed to sales@prowler-pro.com, and must include all information necessary to assist you (your real name, your patient name, your email address (including any variations if you use a different email in Lunatix, in PayPal, and for the inquiry, and a detailed message that goes beyond simply "I can't log in."). Sending email to anyone else regarding your subscription, or failure to include all this information will generally delay the response time.

NOTE: Payments are generally posted once each evening. Please allow at least three business days for the payment to post to your Lunatix Online patient (or two weeks, if you failed to include your patient name in the PayPal payment comment box). Also, please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not normal business hours.

>>> Refund Policy

Our policy is to not issue refunds under any circumstance. We have found that refunds are sometimes demanded due to conflicts with other players, a declining interest in the game over a period of time, the desire to compensate for overspending, and many other personal reasons. Because the game is offered with no warranty, and your enjoyment and experience (as with all online games) can change, we cannot issue refunds for subscriptions or paid time when you choose to leave the game prior to the expiration of your account. For this reason, we recommend that you pay in smaller increments if you feel prone to later requesting a refund, or if you are not absolutely certain that you will be satisfied with the amount of time you have purchased. Also note that those players who are banned or removed from the game due to rule violations also forfiet any remaining subscription amount.

*Note: To be sure that the Lunatix Online database stores information only for active players, abandoned patients are automatically deleted after a period of non-use. Free players are deleted after 60 days (two months) of non-use, and paying players (hourly or subscription) are deleted after 180 days (about six months). Be sure to log in from time to time if you intend to keep your patient active! Purchased time for abandoned patients cannot be refunded.
